WOah!, someone did tell me about the draw and he was 100% right but i emt him on the bus lol.
#4
something fishy went on as when i read this and spoke to a mate he said he a lot of bookmakers stopped taking bets on the draw outcome
#5
cant see it myself.
Why would uefa do this? really?
so they heated 1 ball up, put 1 ball in the freezer, put sand on one, sticky substance on one, made one really smooth, altered the shape of another and erm left one normal (i need help im running out of options....)

And then made the poor russion bloke drawing the balls memorise which ball was which team:p

Then they wired him up and screamed in his ear:
"hey Boris now you pick ze hot ball." - Boris - Arsenal
"great work Boris - you vill now pick ze smooth ball" - Will play Liverpool.

come on guys:oops:

What ever the draw would have been some-one always shouts - CONSPIRACY

This exact same thing happened last year,
Basically one/a group of guys go on a few different forums.

They say - Right guys the draw is fixed.

Liverpool play ****
Man U v Roma
Chelski - Fener.

Ok on another -

right guys the draw is fixed

Lpool v Man U
**** v Chelski
Barce Schalke

etc etc

So on ONE forum they are right!!
(darren brown anyone????)

Everyone goes into overdrive OMG DRAW FIXED
what are we going to do
Will somebody NOT THINK OF THE CHILDREN
Cue men running around screamong FIX FIX FIX
and threatening to storm the UEFA headquarters with pitchforks and flaming torch things.....

Burn Platini.......we want our 4 places preserved in the CL

I agree with danbet35 these guys are probably hitting loads of websites speculating different outcomes to the draw.
They could at least have the manners to tell us who would win the Gold Cup?

I reckon you are probably spot on there!

But they would have to do over 100 forums when you account for the probability of teams being drawn home and away as well as against each other. Also the person who posted it had around 3,000 posts - either he was extremely lucky as the accurate prediction happened to be on a forum he was actually a member of or he had A LOT of free time :?
#12
Yeah, if he was a new member making his 1st post it would look more likely to be that I suppose, maybe someone just got lucky with a prediction, either that or it really was fixed!
#13
I know the mainstream media picked up on this story, so I guess there is a good chance they will find out if different predictions were done across many forums because of course a lot of people would have seen these.

Also, there was a post on the Yahoo thing a day before the draw saying that none of Chelsea, Arsenal, or United would be drawn against each other BUT one of them would draw Liverpool.

the guy simply said Lpool will get arsenal

Man u will get roma

not the exact home and away scenario.

Trust me I saw this last year - its the same trick.
