Didn't think it came with TomTom pre-loaded?

So you like your new toy then? Whats the speed like? What about phone signal? I ask purely because when I changed my Kaiser GUI, the signal seems to have been affected and no longer as good as it was.

It doesnt come preloaded, you have to buy the SatNav sofware for the phone that you want to use. It does come with a built in GPS Receiver though, so no need to mess with wires or bluetooth ones.

BTW - what network did you buy it on?

love it, its much smaller than i thought it would be which is a plus point as i dont like chunky phones and i was hoping it came with a case and it does which looks really nice and does job, internet is very fast, got a youtube video in under 15secs and it was 6 mins long, sound quality is superb, and most important question speed, well i dont seem to find it slow at all, seems normal to me as every other phone i think they have tweaked it though as the tester models shown on youtube are slower. phone signal well ive got 3 bars in my house have'nt been outside yet, and the network is Orange as they were the only ones who had it at the time i ordered and was the best deal also. oh yer camera isnt half bad even without the flash. all i can say is use one then tell me if you cant wait for the xda version lool :giggle:

Still completely undecided which to go for. ie Diamond or iSheep.

If I got the iphone, it would be the 16GB version. 4GB on the diamond and no slot is a major drawback.

I also really like the browsing capabilities of the phone. is the touchflow similar on the diamond? ( ie use two fingers to zoom in and out.)

yer, havent used the phone fully yet gonna browse the internet more and see how well the new display is from htc allowing you to not keep adjusting the page and instead all fits in the screen just double tap to zoom in.

Ah, ok. Thats the bog standard HTC approach. On the iphone, by using your thumb and finger you can zoom to the level YOU want. Its very much nicer IMHO.

well im on it now and yes you can zoom with 2 fingers and also when u scroll the centre button that zooms in.

It's about £80 for the whole of Western Europe. It's worth buying cos then you can use TomTom traffic and the other legit services.

and is that for tomtom 6 or 7?
