Dentist. They make properly fitting kits and will supply refills of the whitening gel for a reasonable cost. It's important to have a properly fitted shield or you can damage your gums.

Or, you could take a chance...

Jaundice will make your teeth look whiter.

The cheapest treatment to give your teeth are crest whitening strips. Excellent product recommend by dentists. Just look at the amazon reviews if you don't believe me. They are great.

i was looking into crest whitestrips a while ago on ebay but then suddenly the 'premium pro' ones dissapeared not sure why which one would you recommend now? I presume theyve changed the same or something

Take note there are a lot of scams for tooth whitening products online. I did a search once before I almost ordered some stuff and glad I did.
If you buy online tread carefully.

dentist , they check your teeth before , after and during - ll be able to tell you of whitening is for you - as restoroations you already have will not get white
Its a bleach type substance that will get the teeth white - so be wary of ebay solutions
Havnt tried crest white strips though - have heard loads of positive comments - and don't have loose / liquid bleach .

I can highly recommend Rapid White, a friend of mine used it and within 10 days his teeth were about 4 shades lighter! Available from places like Boots, the one he used was not the bluelight one, but the standard one (it's cheaper and gets better reviews as well).

Boots expert whitening stick works £9.99. But it makes your teeth feel funny.

those tooth whitening places or salons

much cheaper then dentists and use basically same thing.

trust me u dont need a dental degree to do it...... its easy peasy. if u got really gross teeth...get a clean from ur dentist first so it gets properly bleached.

Hey, yeah highly recommend them, I started off reading reviews myself on the Internet etc..

After about a week you can notice really good results if used regulary. I was using for around a month and my teeth were almost pearl lol. It depends how stained your teeth are obviously so results vary. If you get them I recommend the supreme pro mate. I pay £10 for 10 strips (so 5 uses, one strip for top row one for bottom) so alot cheaper than it would cost professionally.

if you love ur tooth then spend some money and go to proper dentist,as i was going to use internet products but later i found that they all kill your tooth enamel which you can get it back so really really be careful what to chose

Whenever my friends or family go the USA I get them to bring me back crest white strips ha ha.

afaik i think they use the same equipment as dentists. u will still be sensitive when u go to a dentist...

see my husband bought the equipement to do it in his surgery, but he bearly uses it as it tks an hour of his time and in dentistry time is money bla bla..so he didnt do many. i wanted my teeth whitened before my sisters wedding and he was like i give u £100 and go to the little smile booths in bluewater! as it will be cheaper for him!

he was charging like £400 quid and u need ti constantly update with the latest light or something, which he didnt have but these salons that dedicate to teeth whitening do have.

I had it done last summer at my dentist and it cost £360 but it worked really well
To me it is really expensive for the time it took the him. The first visit took about 10 minutes while he took the mold. He then sent it away to have plastic plates made to exactly fit over the teeth.
A week later I picked up the plates with three syringes of bleaching agent.
I had to wear the plates for approx 3 or 4 hours a night for 2 weeks but at the end of it my teeth were pure white.
Yes it makes your teeth sensitive and you need to use sensodyne toothpaste to ease the discomfort. As soon as I stopped using the bleach the sensitivity stopped.
