Top-up hasn't applied to my mobile...STILL

I bought 10quid top-up from my local paypoint. with my top-up card. its been more than an hour and it still hasnt come onto my phone yet....who do i contact ??

ive got the reciept with aall the details.

Go back the shop you bought it from. Check that they sent it through correctly and that it went through their system.

Sometimes (I have known it happen) the shop cancels the transaction when you leave the shop - therefore pocketing the money! Have you a receipt?

i got the reciept, and i just gave them a ring. they said to me that it is on the top-up card and just hasnt gone onto my phone yet because they are having some problems. but just to wait and it will go on.
seemed like a nice customer service rep, not like the ones you get with other companies.
