I ordered few Long Coats and other stuff around 3 weeks back when Topman sale was at best. The courier got missing and this is what I got in email today......Any comments? did all of you got your stuff or many like me???
Following your recent delivery enquiry, unfortunately our courier has advised me that your parcel is missing.
This means your parcel can not be delivered which is why I have issued you with a full refund. This should be visible in your account within 2-3 working days.
