I ordered few Long Coats and other stuff around 3 weeks back when Topman sale was at best. The courier got missing and this is what I got in email today......Any comments? did all of you got your stuff or many like me???

Following your recent delivery enquiry, unfortunately our courier has advised me that your parcel is missing.

This means your parcel can not be delivered which is why I have issued you with a full refund. This should be visible in your account within 2-3 working days.

Please accept my most sincere apologies for any disappointment this may cause.

Should you wish to re-order, please select Express Delivery when doing so. Once you have paid for and completed your order, please respond to this email with your new order number. I will then be more than happy to refund your delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Its the courier at fault.. not topshop/topman etc, so for them to offer you free delivery on your next purchase and a full refund seems good customer service to me..

Just a shame you missed out on the sale items...

When my order didnt turn up when it was supposed to I emailed them. Then the next day it turned up so I emailed them again to tell them it had arrived. I then recieved an email from them saying they had refunded me in full. They are great.

Its my money that they are refunding because they are unable to honour their sale.....so nothing great in it.....free delivery is useless now because there is nothing left in sale and non sale item are damn overpriced.

even if its couriers ...its their courier not mine maybe they can't afford a better courier.
