I am thinking about trading in my nokia 6300 but the camera lens is cracked. Camera still works fine though. Will the companies like envirofone still take it? Phone works still. Or will they make a deduction? Thanks

This is from fonebank's FAQs:
Working Phones
Each mobile phone sold should match the make and model in the sale order and meet the following conditions:

The phone must switch on and off
The phone must be complete with all battery covers and bodywork. The body work should have no cracked plastics
The LCD must be working and power up correctly, the screen intact with no cracks.
If you don’t have a battery or the battery doesn’t work it is ok.

Non-Working Phone(s)
The phone must not be crushed, broken in half, or bent in any way, water damaged or missing any integral parts such as camera, lcd etc.
