Hello i have "Next Business Day On-Site Service" with dell. my harddrive broke on wedneday was told i would get a technition out on thurs. Then they didn't have the parts for 2 days days. rebooked for tuesday (today) the technition came and the harddrive was damaged!.
can i get any compensation , should i speak to trading standards. as dell haven't provided me with the "Next Business Day On-Site Servic" i bought?
