Hello i have "Next Business Day On-Site Service" with dell. my harddrive broke on wedneday was told i would get a technition out on thurs. Then they didn't have the parts for 2 days days. rebooked for tuesday (today) the technition came and the harddrive was damaged!.
can i get any compensation , should i speak to trading standards. as dell haven't provided me with the "Next Business Day On-Site Servic" i bought?

I would check with Trading Standards, but first you need to find out where Dell are based, and whether they have to adhere to any of "our" laws. :)

they didn't have a hard drive for 2 days??? as an engineer we have to carry these all they time
