Plan to spend most of the day - that way you arent rushing.

When you put the springs on follow the order they give and dont just attach them one after the other. We had to attach one and then attach one a quarter of the way round then another quarter. Its not necessarily about strength, my dad and husband built ours but couldnt do the springs, so while they sat moaning, I quietly followed the instructions and fitted them all fairly easily and quickly.

Not being facetious but do follow the instructions especially when hooking on the springs and count carefully

agree with above - you must follow the intructions especially when putting the springs in or thing WILL go wrong. It didn't take us too long, but we'd been prewarned to follow the instructions

I dont find that facetious at all, I'm just looking for words of experience, as with somethings theres a knack you find that helps things along more smoothly. Any help is better than no help at all!

I have another one in the garage I am waiting to put up, but husband and dad keep disappearing every time I mention it :) patience is definitely the key :)

Great stuff I thought that would probably be the best way as our next door neighbour bought a 14 footer earlier in the week but without instructions so they did them all in a row and couldnt get the last 8 or so springs in:-D So they shouted me to see if I could,

Don't put the enclosure on, half the fun is knocking each other off. Also dunno if you have a cover but you might need it otherwise they get filthy, but if it's windy take it off or they get shredded.

With a three year old and a six year old an enclosure is a must!

IT would be today that the Doris does college in a morning and classroom assistant in the afternoon!

count the springs. you miss one , then end up spending an hour pulling half of em off again!

count springs, divide by four, then place one spring per quarter at a time, going round adding to that as said above, they are easy to put up as long as you follow that, should only take about hourish to put up, i used to take mine down in winter so was a dab hand at puting up, now its left up all year round - lol

and as said above the wind will take it in the winter so weigh it down if left out

And when you put the springs on , put them on the matt first and stretch them to the frame, not the frame to the mat like i did and then realised why i was struggling half way round !
