One of the reasons i use vodafone is becuase it has good service.
phoned them up the other day to transfer credit from one sim to the other
was told that vodafone do not do this
i said other networks do it, so why cant you- but in the end i was not able to transfer credit from one sim to the other.
the next day- phoned them up agian and asked to do the same- was told it was not a prob and had the credit transfered within minutes.
guess it depends on who you speak to on the other end of the phone these days and if there in a good mood or not.
orange have call centres abroad (very poor service) vodafone likely to follow orange maybe?
point of story: if you get turned down once, then try try try agian.
by the looks of it: if you have any sims registered under your name with your details- you are allowed to transfer credit between them sims. all networks should comply with this.
