Can some one help please...
Can i plug in a usb in a 360 Arcade and transfer game saves across to the new slim 360
If so is it easy for a novice?

Yes i did it on monday, I reccomend you use a blank hard drive/memory stick because it neads to cusomize its use for the xbox I don't know if it formats the drive/stick but i didnt want to take any chances, then just go to system settings - memory, chose the game saves your after and move or copy to the new drive, remove and stick in the same folder on the new console.

You can choose to partition it in 360 set aside an amount via a slider (but it would be wise to use a brand new one just to be on safe side if you choose wrong option)

Hard drives/memory cards used with xboxes are fatx.

Usb pens are fat 32

Official memory cards and hdd are xtaf fatx
