you talking the south or all over mate?
go to galway, and go to the coast of galway after, like the small town of clifden, go see belfast, can get the train from dublin, and the antrim coast right at the top, can easily get the train again
i have no idea, maybe dublin?

Very expensive though.
Depends on how long you intend to stay and remember it will be cold temperatures at the time you are thinking of going to Ireland. The south of Ireland especially Dublin can be expensive. Belfast is a great place, you can fly into Belfast George Best City airport or Belfast International Airport, either is ok, International is a little further out but there is a great bus service to/from Belfast. If you have the time you could stay in Belfast for a few days then hire a car and drive up the Antrim Coast and onto Derry/Londonderry, stay here say for 2 nights then head back to airport. There are good hotels in both locations and plenty of great pubs/restaurants..prices not too bad either. You should get some good deals at that time of the year. The Northern Ireland Tourist website will also give you further info.
we stayed in Killarney (National Park) absolutely stunning. We went a few years back in October but would love to return in the summer month. We flew from stansted to Kerry. Hired a car and was about 30 mins from airport. Visited Gap of Dunloe, Muckross Lake ,Torc Waterfall all nearby. Lovely drives also visited Dingle and went on a boat trip to find Dingle resident dolphin Fungi.
