I think it all depends what you do on holidays as this will make it easier to choose.

I went to sundrum last year with the sun holidays and it was quite a nice site..Good beach for the kids not far by car. Less amusements than Craig Tara just up the road from it.. I wouldn`t recommend Craig Tara to anyone..

Edit.. They do add a service charge with this sun holiday and they want to also charge for each entertainment pass.. When we got there reception just asked us how many passes we wanted and gave us them without checking. I had paid for 2 beforehand and actually got 4 from reception. So I would say dont pay for passes when you book your holiday, just see what happens when you arrive

Dont go to Craig Tara. Its awful. All rooms stink of smoke.

I'm looking at Haven Holidays in general, has anyone been to Marton Mere in Blackpool, would you recommend it?

Sis in law stayed at haggerson last year and enjoyed it.

We stayed at Seaton Sands a few years ago. Not much to do on site but it was very quiet and there is a lovley beach up the rd.

Also if you have the car its not to far from edinburgh (and there is a bus from the front gates)
