Anyone here had trouble leaving talktalk? My mom is with them for homephone and broardband but wants to move to sky.
When she called them to ask for mer mac code they wouldn't give it to her and said she would have to pay to leave (she signed a 18 month contract but that was 20 months ago now)
I then downloaded a letter from sky's website and we sent that to them but this was 10 days ago and we have had no reply yet.
What do we do next - they won't talk to me because I am not the account holder.
Can't you just get your next provider to sort it out like you do with gas & electric?
