I loveee the show! but wasn't round his house to see the last episode! :'(
(I'm too tight to pay for a tv when there's bbc iplayer! hehe)

the way i see it is... if we're going early or late it would be fine! as it wont be too hot or too busy with english tourists.... but he doesn't see it that way! :? annoying boys!

yes its a great place. stay in hisaronu or olu deniz. hisaronu is a little village up in the mountains and is very active in the summer months. olu deniz is a beautiful beach resort. you can get to olu deniz from hisaronu by dolmus (local taxi/mini bus) and would cost around 50p and takes 10mins. they're very friendly and food is cheap. plenty of activities to do in the area (waterski, paragliding etc) if you want any more info on the area then pm me. hope that helps.

well i did: a jeep safari, waterski, speedboat hire, 12 island tour, parascending, parasailing, jetski'ing, scuba diving, ghost town tour, quad biking and microlighting for just under £200, that was for myself though and i could gladly recommend someone to do them with. if you were to mention me im sure he'd be happy to knock a lil off aswell. you get to this resort by coach from the airport. just look hisaronu up with any travel operator. i dont drive either so you really dont have to worry about that
#15
And book your trips through the local operators, not the travel company you go with.. much cheaper.

Ephisus is a must if you're not too far away.. But you can usually do a two day trip from most resorts... look it up...

I didn't like Turkey.. Went to Marmaris. Too sand/dusty for me. If you're a woman you'll get hassled by the men and they'll offer to buy you for camels.

Benidorm is a great laugh.

Ooh thanks for that tip! I'm one that is too organised and stresses over small details so would book in advance... yet find the cheapest and best to go with! :D

Underdeveloped. Blokes are complete pervs, you'll be harassed all the time. Too many beggers, street hawkers. Avoid.

i would recommend going to greece, everyone is nice, it's hot, it's cheap to get to and cheap when you're there (food, drink etc)

my gf and i have gone abroad together last 2 years on cheap summer hols (we're students), and have found that last minute deals through first choice's website have been really good!

My sister came home from marmaris this morning she said it was very expensive, she went into mcdonalds at airport and it was 10pound for big mac meal,in marmaris they were payin 2.50 for a soft drink, she had gone 5* ai and the food was dreadful they had to eat out and she spent 500 just for herself, looks like they are cashing in on the euro being so strong and think they will make a killing

I've been several times AI to Turkey.. Never been disapointed.
Food has always been great. Plenty of selection.
Never found it to be that expensive..
It has increased as the pound is worth less against the Euro, but that goes anywhere in Europe, where the Euro is the currency.

They are not pervs, they are men..LOL.

Agreed. The locals really do think women are trash and act accordingly.
