hi is there anyway to tell how old a tv is , are they date stamped anywhere? also without vaing the model number and just from looking at it is there anyway to tell if its hd ready or full hd thanks

I don't know the model number its advertised local going to view tomorrow. Asked her if its 1080p it is apparently and only 7 months old but hmmmm i'm not sure,

HD ready means it'll accept an HD signal, Usually via hdmi and at the lower resolution of 720i instead of Full HD which is 1080i/p.

It needs to have a dvb tuner to receive freeview, Usually standard these day's, However some have freesat built in instead or sometimes they have both.
