So im looking for an awesome tweezer if anything happens to this one...

tweezerman seem to be highly rated, but whats the difference between a slanted or pointed one. what tweezer do i need for general eye brow plucking?

Tweezerman tweezers are fantastic, they are lovely and precise and I prefer the slanted ones for eyebrows.

Oh, and a pointed one will be rubbish for eyebrows imo, it has a tiny pointed end which is perfect for ingrown hairs or removing splinters. You need the slanted one for eyebrows.
Get the Tweezerman ones, you won't regret it.

EDIT: ASOS used to do them (last time I bought mine from there), it might be worth seeing if anyone has a spare Groupon voucher for them or I heard McDonalds or Walkers or somewhere have £5 off £20 vouchers floating about. I wouldn't get them off eBay as there are fakes about. If you have Boots points it could be a nice way to treat yourself.

EDIT2: Ignore the info about ASOS as I just had a look, try Amazon, £15.76 for blue or £16 for pink - the pink will be easier to find.

No prize, but I wanted to say sorry for grumbling at you the other day. I had forgotten how nice you are

Who'd have thunk we'd feel the love in a thread about tweezers... lol.

I agree Tweezermans are good, but avoid the tweezerette ones, smaller version of the proper ones. Maybe I got a duff pair but they were rubbish.

I just get mine from Primark they're like £1 for 2 and you get a pointed and a slanted.. the pointed ones i find very handy for them hard to get ones. I personally don't see the point in spending more than £1 on tweezers, although the fact that I'm constantly losing them could be part of the reason.

I bought some some from Asda they were around a fiver and were a satin metal finish. They are brilliant better than any other ones I have ever tried.
