Desperately need your help.

I bought a c905 on 3 but it was unlocked so thought everything would work well/ok.
However it seems because it's a 3 phone, not everything does work as it should.
A lot of the stuff on it STILL tries to go through 3 rather than o2 (which im on).
It wont let me send or receive any picture/mms messages and ive just written a LONG text, about 12 pages and i desperately need to send it but its trying to send it as an MMS (and obviously fails when i try to send it).

Can anybody PLEASE help!!!!!

Call O2 (or go on their website), and get them to send you the mms settings for your phone (which they do via a text that you simply open and save).

Once it's saved you will be able to send/receive mms and video's etc.

Tried that a few times m8, no go.

They even talked me through the settings and e-mailed me them (as well as the text that i had to save to my phone).
All to no avail :(

I think for some reason the phone seems to automatically divert back to 3 for some reason??
What i dont understand is how can i send a normal text but not an MMS?

Does anybody know what the number is to text to get o2 to send the mms settings to your phone again?
Gotta be worth another try :(

Texts go via the message centre setting, mms go vis gprs and need the data setting on the phone setting to the network you're on.

By the sound of it, you've entered the new profiles for O2 but not set them as the active profile. On some phones you highlight the setting you want active and press options and then 'set as active'.

The other option would be to delete the 3 settings, with only the O2 one's left they would become the default settings.

Yeah, that sounds like its right.

Easy way to test, send an MMS to yourself and see if its make the round trip.
