Presales are through U2.COM but only to subscribers.

Just incase you were thinking of subscribing just to get a ticket, don't count on it helping you. Oldest subscribing members first.

4 old bags of bones drag themselves around the country for yet one more payday, yawn!

bono has promised tickets at "credit crunch prices"-I reckon his idea of cheap may differ greatly from mine!

I really don't like U2 that much - but would love to see them live, just so i can check them off my list - how much do you think a credit crunch ticket price is for a multi millionnaire?
#6
tickets will still be 40-50 squid i reckon.....they are good live but the new stuff is a bit dull.

Went to see them at Hampden on the Vertigo Tour. Excellent live. still getting used to the new album but as a good band to see live - they get my vote.

Not much in the way of tour dates though. I thought they were going to do an O2 residency.

Tickets from £27 to £85.

That'll be around a maximum 10 x £27 tickets available then :x

Sounds good to me.

We went to see them on the Vertigo tour in 2005 and paid £150 a ticket

Oh how lovely to hear u2 are coming out from up their own ***** for a concert.

I am sick of super-rich celebrities tellming me to save the planet/world/give all my money whilst they jet around the world and are driven around in massive cars and earn enough to buy small countries.

Not for me thanks.

That's a pretty simplistic view tbh... it's not currency that will end wars/famine/global warming (if it's exists) it's people...

On topic, I've seen U2 live on every tour since The Joshua Tree (even lovetown) but I won't be going this time, it's way too scripted with any trace of spontaneity removed...
