I bought a multigym from this croud:-

http://www.uksportimports.com/

They advertise next day delivery on their banner. The goods were ordered on a Monday morning, around 9am. You would expect this to arrive the next day, the day after at the latest. They advised me that it would be delivered on the Friday. This was not an option as there was not going to be anybody in that day. I asked for the following Thursay and they agreed. On the following Wednesday, at around 4:45pm, the day before they were due to be delivered, I get an email advising that the courier had messed up and we wouldn't get the delivery until the Friday now. I had taken the Thursay off work especially for this delivery and did not get the email until I had gotten home that night so there was no way I could change the days off. On the Thurday morning, I phoned up to complain and to cancel the order as I could not keep taking time off and they said they would do this but withhold £35 for their costs due to delivery charges. I obviously argued that this was completely unfair as they had failed to deliver the item at the date specified and they still, to this day, point-blank refuse to budge. Their attitude and complete lack of customer service is attrocious and I would plead for anybody that is considering using this company to look elsewhere as you will end up as disappointed as I am.

Jim, put in their postcode on Google maps. They don't exist! It's most likely a teenager selling from his bedroom, who buys from one place and asks them to deliver to your house instead.
