Who gives a flying?

Nice avatar by the way (I wish I could find a head shaking smiley).
#3
hope you get turned over, it would really put the pressure to get a result on at the weekend or ur season could start to lose its momentum before its even got going!!
#4
Remember last season? United started in very similar fashion, We started this season with out Ronaldo fit, Now he's back.

Last season yes, I think you'll struggle this season starting tonight against Villareal

Lets get off to a flying start...!!!!

:whistling:

Thoughts on Ronaldo's return? Will he be welcomed?

I don't think too many people are bothered, it was quite annoying actually seeing him on the back pages every day for ages making your club look like a joke (even though it was funny to start with)

Although he's lost some of my respect, He's undeniably the best player in the world...!!!!

Kaka? Messi?

Both much better in my opinion, I can continue too

lol like the Villareal player should have had one up the other end and the countless number of yellow cards you should have had already for diving

But shhhh! We wont mention any of those after all what referee can can give a decision against Man Utd?

You watching a different match, That's the only sort of debatable dive when his foot was clearly crushed.

Other than that, It's been a pretty decent game.

One yellow he didn't protest to the 1st one, I'd feel hard done by too.

Yeah I suppose, he's your best player on the pitch tonight, I don't think he'll play the full 90 though

Yep, He's done well, Ronaldo will come on at some point, Parks not long since come back from injury so it could be him.

Neville's looking good too, Just his final ball but he's been out that long with not much football under his belt.

Fletcher could possibly make way for Ronaldo or even Nani.

United have played very well so far, Villareal have rarely threatened. However hope we don't run out of steam.

Does anyone else think Nani looks like those two skeleton/zombies in the pictures in American Werewolf In London? Or is it just me?

And Park is moving very well on his 'crushed' foot.

0-0? That'll do. They need to win these home games as their away record in Europe is poor of late .
Good start for us anti-reds.
#30
fair result, united will lose when they play villarreal away, they are a good team and they proved it, play the ball around with confidence (sometimes to much), but united should still get through this group but i dont think thell win the group.

3 wins, 3 draws last seasons Champions league not too bad

How the hell did it remain 0-0, United should of scored, Yes Villareal came close once or twice in the second half.

Disappointed but got to break the duct.

No better time than to play Chelscum at The bridge and end their home unbeaten run just like we did ARSEnals.

United in the past have had poor starts to the season and gone on to win big.

Not too bad for United as Celtic drew at home as well, So all square in group E other than the slight away advantage and goal difference if that comes in to it.

Lol at least you didn't say Chelsea fan

I was in the pub the other day and there was a bloke in there, mid 40's is he said he was a Chelsea fan, his dad took him as a kid, had a season ticket for over 20 years but can't go now because of the price but he hates how his club is now full of plastic fans

Anyway I asked him what he though of Zola getting the job here to which he replied;

He'll get you relegated, trust West Ham to appoint a manager with no experience just because he is a West Ham legend, to which I replied;

Ermmm Gianfranco Zola, the greatest Chelsea player of all times as voted by Chelsea fans

Him: Oh yeah, he was great, I thought you meant someone else;

Me; fair enough, he was probably the best keeper to ever player in England in my opinion and that's coming from a West Ham fan!

Him; Oh easily, he would be England's number one now if he was still playing

I walked off then
