Universal - Passport needed?

Morning all!
This might be a tad cheeky..........heading to Florida end of August and I have 3 kids. A 10, a 9 & a 3 year old.
Technically I should be purchasing an adult ticket for the 10 year old, and my 3 year old will need a child ticket. BTW, the 3 year old won't even go on anything as she's petrified of most things!!!
I was last there 2 years ago. Don't think they check passports at the gate, ie. no proof of the kids ages!!!
What does everybody think?

Seemed more relaxed at the gates at Universal than any of the other parks when we were there last year.

Cheeky? No..it's deception and theft.

By the way, 'way to go' to show your 10 year old that lieing to cheat a gain is acceptable. Bravo.

What are the age limits then over 2 and over 9?

Can't imagine they would be too strict unless they look blatantly older than you are claiming.

An adult ticket for a 10 year old?! That takes the ****.

absolutely-these things should be determined by height-not age! he will need to be a certain height to go on EVERY ride, and they have a complete cheek charging full price when he cant go on everything.

Bit Harsh !!!!, Besides how can they class a 10 year old as an Adult , thats ridiculous , he's not even a teenager never mind an adult, buy him a child ticket as thats what he is 'a child'

Get a grip!!!

So you think paying £103 for a 3 year who won't go on a single ride is fair?

Deception & theft is what MP's are good at, not us common folk!

And do you think my son will have a clue what price his ticket is? So, I won't be showing him anything!

It's the theme parks who are 'cheating a gain' by profiteering from families with young children

you mean you never told anyone your child was a different age to gain an advantage? i have with my kids and they have been aware too:oops:
to charge adult for a 10year old is robbery! i would def get her to say she/he is 9 lol:thumbsup:

Hope it doesn't hurt too much when you fall off that high horse of yours.

I would definitely try and blag it. As others have said, should be based on height not age.
