You bought it, it's yours. If it isn't faulty you have no legal rights. Either keep it or sell it on 2nd hand.

yea prob will sell it on ebay. how much you reckon a 2 month old 37rv635db will go for? its only been out the box for a day to test it worked.

eBay is the way forward, is the box unopened? If so Sell it as new. If you do a really good and factual item name and description I woulnt be surprised if you get your money back or maybe even make a small profit. People get auction fever Ill post one of my eBay adverts in my next thread, I made a tidy profit on my kite. All I did was do a lot of copy/pasting

probably get £350 max on ebay going on completed listings for BRAND NEW televisions. Your listing will be pulled by ebay if you put 'as new'

fees about £30 plus postage of £20+ so expect about £280-£300 in total

Firstly just try and take it back - don't mention the date, they may not nootice anyway.

If they do the plead nicely and ask if you can talk to a manager - always speak nicely and explain a genuine reason for the delay in returning the TV.

This has worked for me before. Don't lose your rag with them if they refuse though because it is your fault.

Good luck and please update us how it goes :)

trying saying it played up, kept switching off after a couple of hours or something, they won't be testing it, when they offer a replacement say you are put off the make and will just have a refund for now while you think of another make to purchase.

jesus christ, this is why i hate customers sometimes.

you bought it, now keep it or sell it.
they dont sell you things on a trial basis.

you said its beyond the refund point?
tough.
sell it
