Upgrading laptop HDD

I have a pair of 200GB ST9200420ASG in my laptop. However, space is running low, and I'm thinking of upgrading them to a pair of 320GB drives.

Roughly how much can I get for a pair of 200GB drive? (2) I think they are in warranty, but I haven't opened up my laptop to check, so I'm not sure. These drives have movement detection as well.

The laptop with backpack already weighs 6kg, so I'd rather not get any external HDD until 2TB ones are cheaper.

The warranty will likely be void anyway as they will be OEM ones where the warranty is with the laptop itself.
Why not just buy an external hard drive that plugs in the USB port.

Just keep the important things on the laptop hard drives.
