I really want to get my hair cut so i have like a sweeping fringe going across my forehead if that makes sense, the only problem is that i have a cow lick at the very front of my head :( I have thick hair so hopefully it weight it down a bit but im going to get my hair cut short aswell which may make for a few problems. You guys got any recommendations at what product i should use to make it straighter, i know im going to have to straighten it every day :(

Me too, right at the front on the right. I've taken to have all of my hair sticking up in a mess, that way it's less noticeable......

if you go to a hair dresser they will do their best but the frige will be raise iykwim.. also if you have really thick hair .. going short may make it look even more bush and thick .. if i was you i would ask it to be majorly thinned out but keep it longer... easier to thin out then :)

my little sister and big sister come to think about it both have cows lick, my little sister been the worse one she couldnt do anything at all with it... she went to the hairdressers and they told her to get some big strong grips and wet the bit where it is before bed and clip it flat down with the clips, and keep it like that over night... after about 2 weeks it worked and now her cowslick has defo gone, and she has a massive sweeping fringe hope this helps xxx

when people come to me to get their haircut and they have a cowslick i tell them exactly as clair1986 says, you have to train it to sit properly, doesnt really matter what product you use and sometimes overusing straightners makes it worse.best to get your fringe cut slightly further back and blow dry your hair forward instead of to the side then once styled put a clasp or kirby in it at the side until you are ready to go out, eventually you will have trained it to sit properly and the fringe will be fine, oh and dont get too much weight taken out of your fringe or get it cut to short as it will make it harder to control, hope this helps
