Bought an easycap off ebay, didn't come with the drivers and windows didn't install any, seems like I need this any ideas?

it does say dc60+ which is newer model but will try it

I have the drivers on my pc at home if you are still stuck I'll upload them later this evening if I cant find the link I got them from.

Let us know how you get on, i'm pretty sure its the DC60+ drivers i'm using (the difference is the + works with Pal 60hz)

How much did you pay for it? Mine was from dealextreme and was about £6 Have it connected to a cctv camera and picture is good, also use it to connect a miniDV camera too.

Im downloading now installing, I bought mine for £6 ebay, wanting to use it on various things consoles, cameras etc.

seems to of worked and come up as syntek program says its being used by another program so i'll restart pc.

Shows up as failed to intialize another program may be using the drive or the driver was moved.

Daft question but did you try restarting the pc after installing?

Yes :-( Comes up same and also says open driver failed cannot write video capture filter something to do with the driver? Do I have it plugged in while its installed? I just reinstalled it and then it says plug in and let windows etc. and it detects then says not correctly installed but when I use device manager it installs?

BTW i'm on windows 7

Odd mines running on win7 ok and showing as syntek1150 (or something like that) I use webcam monitor for viewing.

Webcam monitor?
After a few tweaks, mine shows up as syntek1160 i think and it works fine on webcam on msn loool will restart pc (i haven't after the last install) and see.

Just tried webcam monitor and it works perfectly fine. But I can't get it to work on Ulead?
