Not that interesting but my wife wants to buy a flash drive. is there any of these that has a password protection to access the contents as shes a professional photographer and would have issues with data protection?! Or is there a piece of software that she can put on both computers that she wants to go between that will access the device after a password has been put in!!

You can put portable apps on any flash drive.

It is like the U3 apps suite including a flash drive secerity application but is easier to get rid of it when you don't want it.

True, not the whole drive but you can encrypt your whole data with Toucan

You could buy any flash drive and use Truecrypt to encrypt your data

Simplest solution I would think would to use winrar to create a self-extracting archive with all the files and password protect it, you would only need winrar on the pc you are using to add the files with!

wasn't aware peoples faces were classed as "personal data" but beware.encryption would make it neigh on impossible to do any data recovery should the drive start to fail at an impromptu moment
