My Uncle said he went into Staples as he was getting a few bits and also had a few old cartridges he wanted to chuck in their recycling bin but couldn't see it so asked the print desk about where it was and they gave him a £1 voucher for each cartridge to spend on a new one. Think they can only be used one per cartridge but better then throwing it in the bin I guess especially if you buy ink from there

It is not pointless at all. If it is something you don't want just bin it.

ps, think of the bin men, without people like me, they would be soon redundant. :p

Landfill is the best place for them
#14
I've saved for years at work , I get everyone to save them too. They go to the Air Ambulance fund .

You can make cash for them, some HP are worth up tp £4.50 each. I have recycled lots for a local charity and have got £150 so far, some of these companies also do personal accounts. Google is your friend!
