Using an Xbox Controller with a PC?

£0.00 @
I bought the game Bioshock for my PC and it's notes say I can use an Xbox 360 controller with my PC. Is this right?

Anything else I'd need to make this work?

Ahh, so as long as I don't need a wireless controller, a basic wired Xbox controller would work?

Would the Xbox controller from the Sainsbury's Deal work if I used it 'wired'?

Thanks. All I've got to do now is find it a bit cheaper as I posted it as a deal and it's went cold already.
