Using low cost for the first time easyjet. Plenty of flying experience but have never used the this company or anyother low cost carrier before are there any suggestions?
The flight will be about three hours and before the jokers arrive I don`t want to pay more money.
I am saving half the fare of other carriers quotes but unaware of conditions while flying although check in seems more flexible.

Wear warm clothing - it can sometimes get very chilly during the journey...

I would have also said bring a bottle of water, so you don't have to buy it on board - but I'm not sure if you can do this??

About checking in - if you are some of the first to be checked in when the gate opens, you'll be in the first group to board the plane, if you want to try and get emergency exit seats for extra leg room.

i have flown with easyjet quite a few times and found them very good, when you book in you get a boarding letter A B C D, A boards first. Below is the luggage allowance for cabin baggage .You are allowed 20kg hold luggage.

- You can take one piece of hand baggage, with a volume limit of 55x40x20cms, no weight restriction applies within reasonable limits i.e. a passenger must be able to place the piece of luggage safely in the overhead storage bins without assistance.
- No liquids are permitted, however they can purchased in the departures hall once through security
- Musical intruments are permitted
