Me and my boyfriend are looking at renting out our first place.

It is a 2 bed flat, double glazed etc..
in coventry

Does anyone have rough idea as to what gas, electric and water would cost?

Thank you

:)

Would say it depends on your usage. Do you both work full time etc....

Again being on a meter really depends on your usage. If you don't bath alot and use showers then fab, but then agaib if you use lot of water then a meter can work out pricier than a fixed tarriff

me and my girlfriend lived in Coventry last year in a property which has two double bedrooms huge living room (open plan) and we were on meter for everything. roughly we were paying:
Electric : £20 per month
Gas - £15 in summer £30 in winter per month (we only put heating on when needed)
Water - £65 every quater
Our place was a new build though so well insulated and new appliances which were energy efficient. Also we watched what we used as well.

Well that would help, me and my other half had a 2 bed house and we pay about £20 a month on water and about £80-£100 per quarter on gas and electricity depending on the seasons of course
