Read a story in the scottish daily record this morning slating sports direct shop for allowing people to have offensive material printed on football shirts.

They cite the instance of a fan who proudly displays on facebook his manchester unitedd top with the following on the back:

the number 96(number of victims of hillsborough)

underneath that the words "not enough"

and above the number "ysb"-apparently short for "you scouse b*******"

So in this "fans" mind-this is funny? what kind of utterly evil, twisted individual would find this humorous?

I truly despair sometimes!

No doubt the people printing it have no idea what it's all about. Should be banned though, it's up there with racism really.

i can find most things amusing but walking around brandishing something like that is not humour, i feel sorry for the person who finds it clever to do such a thing
#8
If there are any pics of this guy wearing this or if anyone at a match sees him and gets a pic,It should be sent to his club and i am sure they would ban him instantly ,Clubs are really good about these things these days and anything that could incite violence is frowned upon,
#9
Doesn't suprise me as i work for sportsdirect, part time mind. Some of the people arn't exactly inteligent

class?? funny?? shameful!

How is it any different to diana/jacko jokes? It's so weird there is this obsession with random sad events.

Get over it, this is absolutely nothing in comparison to the **** that goes on in this world. He'll prob get a beating anyway so let nature take its course and stop giving him publicity?

Usually down south :whistling:

Seriously though, it doesn't surprise me. Some United fans have a pure hatred for people from Liverpool. They seem to spend more time bitching about Liverpool and their fans, than they do supporting their own team....... bit weird IMHO

Yeah, same thing really :-D

Even after 40 years you still get the occasional Munich song floating about, so Heysel and Hillsborough are going to be played on by the minority of rival's supporters for years to come.

Spotted at Ibrox during the last old firm game last season on a Rangers top

Nakamura

My Dog

Took a while for the "my dog" to come into camera and was wondering why any Rangers would want Nakamura on his shirt!

It is sick, As a United fan I enjoy the rivalry, jokes and banter etc..

However chants about Munich and Hilsborough are just sick.

Theirs sick minded Scousers as well.
#20
Should be arrested when worn - for causing a breach of the peace!
#21
This was 20 years ago. There's much worse stuff in the world going on.
#22
It's where rivalry goes a bit too far.

What about the 39??

Some people would do well to remember there were chants about munich long before ticketless scousers descended on hillsbrough.

Theres a great article here about this type of thing:

i agree they are as bad as each other...and thats because there's no limits to the 'banter'....things like this take it way too far...and should be punished in someway...not sure how, but that is disgraceful!

Too be fair, the guy has prob never been near old trafford, he burnt the shirt anyway. Common sense kicked in before someone kicked him in
