list some things you like......decide on something you like then make it special (i.e bangers and mash-use a cookie cutter to form the mash into a loveheart, perhaps dye it pink etc) lol

Think it would mean more if its something you already like rather than trying something new

Its the starter Im struggling with more,

I thinking for main

Chicken wrapped in parma ham with rosmary new potatoes and carrot battons

followed by

Strawberries with chocoloate.

Just need an idea for a plain but nice starter - preferably not soup though??

buy heart shape cookie cutters, heart shaped egg pan

soup with heart shape bread for starter

gammon and heart shaped eggs for main

heart shaped cookies and a really nice ice cream, like ben and jerrys for pud

ok if not soup how about a pate on toast

or tesco's are doing a £9 meal deal

starter, main, pud and bottle of wine

Edit its there finest range so not cheap to buy seperate, we got steak dianne and chocolate creme brulele with a nice rose

Will be cooking Moules Mariniere for my wife, dead simple, takes 5 mins and great with crusty bread or french fries. Google recipe for it, there's loads of variations although he classic with shallots and white wine is my favourite.

Last year we had pate and french toast all in heart shapes, fillet steak with a peppercorn sauce and strawberries with chocolate and pink fizz, mmm
