cheers danger had hoped for a wee bit more but least i know now!

youll be nearer the top end of that i would have thought around 260-290, a mint refurb 8gb 3g would be around £170, so if sum1 only went £50 more for a 16gb 3gs that would be harsh...

ebay completed listings is your friend here, everyone prefers real sellers and some of them make just over £300, get an average for similar ones to yours from there, take away a little bit for the commission you would pay on there and thats about what it will make on here... either start higher and be prepared to take offers or go in low and price it to sell

yeah having a look on ebay £250+ seems to be the approx. depends whats route you go though. ide say ebay is your best bet rather than here.

£250 minimum for one of these.

cheers guys will stick it on ebay tomorrow... and fingers crossed haha

remember, ebay will charge you 10% of however much it sells for.

So, if you sell it for £300, ebay will bill you for £30 later on in the month.

if you want to work out how much you'd get after fees etc use this site

I sold my iphone on ebay earlier this month.... for around 300 and the ebay fees were only £8ish... plus 10ish for paypal fees. not really all that much considering how much more it will go for on ebay and how many more people will see it compared to here or AVF. I'd say for higher value items, ebay is definitely the way to go.

how did you only manage to pay £8 ebay fees? I sold mine and got hit with a 9%-10% charge.

ye ebay is 10% so i dont really know what there on about, i do it on here first at a mroe reasonible price then if nothing tickles your fancy remove and list on ebay, people are nicer to deal with on here and theres no fees

No idea. Just when I sold my iphone, I listed for 300 plus 7 then at the end, where it tells you how much there is to pay, it was £8ish, plus 40p for the BIN listing.

EDIT: maybe theres a difference in fees if its BIN compared to auction???
