Anyone ever dealt with hp support?
I have a laptop within warranty with a faulty battery. Thats all been confirmed, reps happy that that is the fault.
But they won't send the thing out. They keep promising it, but it never comes. They also promise to call back, absolutely promise, but never do.
I don't like to moan about companies, but I've never known a company just blatantly lie over and over. I'm not sure what to do really - this all started in October last year - and still no battery.
I know i could go back to the seller - ebuyer. Contract with them etc, but I'd rather just use what is meant to be the easy way.
Anyway, just wondered if I'm unlucky or HP are like this all the time. Such a simple fix - just send me the damn battery!
