Very (Littlewoods) Voucher Code Problems

I remember reading a lot about people who had issues with the vouchers such as £25 off £40+ order (new customers).
Anyone got more feedback on this? Tempted to use it, but wouldn't be worth it if the voucher got refunded.

I've never had a problem with them and I've been a customer for years - however I think some people probably go over the top and use the vouchers excessively - then the company (understandably) do have the right to reclaim the voucher amount if they didnt send the voucher to you personally.

If you use it, be sensible and just be aware that there is a (small) possibility it may be reclaimed in the future.

OK thanks, btw I made an account and used a free delivery and £25 off voucher, and prssed 'add to acount' was I meant to press pay by card?
Because it went to order confirmation but I have got no email or history in my account, and cannot use the vouchers again as it says 'Only for first order' :S

edit: ok well cashback tracked, (for full amount). Assume it went through, guessing I can just transfer the right amount into my credit, so I dont get charged continuous interest?

They are now claiming money back if you send items back and go below the voucher min spend.

I had a recharge last month for £20, i phoned to question them and they said they are now clamping down on this, before the money used to stay on your account, eg order £60 worth of goods use £20 off voucher, send them all back and the £20 would sit on your account

Any voucher based on a minimum spend on your first order will not be clawed back as they always have these offers on.

It is only vouchers like '20% off your next order' that have not been specifically sent to you.

edit: what do you expect if you send items back that takes you below the minimum order total to get the discount? you cant complain about that oO

I know but it was a good loophole and something to be wary of
