my eldest is 13 and the youngest 16 months with an 11(the runner), 10 & 3 year old in between so i see lots of hours and lots of tantrums ahead

my son won a cup when he left his primary school, sports boy of the year, was well proud! my 3 are all sporty, its something ive encouraged dont want them ending up like me lol

Well the athletics comp is tomorrow afternoon so will post how they do and will try to get pics.
