Ello Peeps.

Wondering if anyone here has used vibration plates?

If so, are they any good? Pro's and Con's

Also if anyone has used JTX (www.jtxfitness.com)? As i am looking @ the Pro10 model they have.

Any other info and recommendations would be great :)

my husbands Auntie has one, It has sat in her conservatory for months,
I have paid for a 10 session block in the local place that has the proper ones. I am hoping they will do some good,
I have been told they are great, but along side dieting and other exercise, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, just cant shift the baby tum!
Sorry not much use, I havent used that website, Just checked out the price of the one you looking at, and I feel being that price it should be as good as the ones at the salons.

Typically a womans way of toning up, i would avoid personally as it just seems like an easy way out of actual exercise. What are you actually after, toning up i take it,rather than weight loss?

looking to tone up and some weight loss.

I use one regulary at my gym...they are ok after a workout for stretching, massage, rehab etc

For weight loss, toning and suchlike forget it,no substitute for exercise and good nutrition

I suffer from bad ostio arthritis and bought one a few months ago because on the internet they say they're good for exercise if you have arthritis. After about 3-4 days I felt worse than ever, to the point were I could barely stand up with pains in my knees. Took me over a week to get over the pains. It has sat in the hall ever since gathering dust.

The model I've got is 2011 CRAZY FIT VIBRATION POWER MASSAGE PLATE

I don't recommend if you have dodgy knees. It'll become a dust gatherer like mine and at nearly £200 for 3 days use, quite expensive!!
