Virgin HD Box

When I moved house, I got rid of the TV part of my Virgin package. Virgin said someone would come and collect the box but they never did (3 months ago now).

My question is, is the box useable for anyone else? Is there any point in selling/freecycling it?

It's just a V HD box (no HDD in it, so I dont think that's V+?) - I just got the free HD channels on it when I was on the M+ package.

Any clues?

Absolutely no idea. Just to be clear, this isn't a FS/FT listing :-p Not even sure if this would be allowed in that section anyway. Will prob stick it on fleabay if its not.

you can't sell the box, its virgin media's property regardless if they collect it or not.

also selling it on fleabay, your listing will get removed.

Really? Oh right. I checked completed listings and there were several that sold (you have to sift through all the V+ boxes with HDDs, but there are some of them there).

selling rented property is against the law.
ring them up and remind them you've moved.

otherwise they'll charge you £250 for not returning it.
