Are you on Virgin BB? Were you on 4mb? I have been upgraded to 10mb yesterday. Not had any notification but did a BB speed test and 10mb!

Its fantastic. great price, great speeds and always works!

I see lots of complaints about them but I have been with them and previously Blueyonder for years and always found the service to be good for phone, TV and internet. I currently have the 20 Mb internet connection and it is superb. Only thing I get fed up with is the constant offers to new customers whilst existing ones get nothing.

Virgin Media has cable or non-cable internet. Non-cable is one of the worst in the country. Everyone complains about its speed. On the other hand, Virgin Media's cable internet is slightly better and still have alot of people that are satisfied with it.

The offers are better for existing customers than new ones if you know how to push for a deal.

To the op. Not used the services that often as dont get any problems. I think some areas have more problems than others depending on how well the equipment was installed in the first place. In Nottingham ours was installed by Diamond Cable who did a great job of installing the original cables and equipment. This was then taken over by NTL than Virgin.

I was with Telewest and then Virgin Media. I havn't had any problems with the actual service and would recommend it.

I have had a couple problems with the V+ box though, which are aggravating to say the least (programs stopping recording part way through, deleted programs reappearing in the menu)

I have used them for years and they provided a good service

if you go throught Quidco you will get £55 for signing up to a bundle which costs around £30 4 internet, tv and home phone
