Okay, my contract is due to end next month.. thought I'd give them a call and 'cancel'. Anyone here have the number for the retentions line? Also.. can anyone advise me on what type of deals I should settle for:
Been a customer for 2 years, currently paying £24 for 2mb broadband, L TV and Evening calls. Obviously I wasnt too happy regarding the 4mb to 10mb upgrade.. wonder what other deals are floating about which I may be able to use to argue my case.
