Virgin Media bills going up! Extra £4.25 per month!
hi, just had an e-mail from Virgin, is there anything we can do?;
Unfortunately, from 1st April 2012, we're having to change some of our prices to make sure we continue to give you the best home entertainment and services.
What's changing for you.
The cost of your bundle charges will increase by £4.25 a month.
Our evening period for home phone calls will change from 6pm - 6am to 7pm - 7am. We're also making some changes to home phone calling rates and call connect fees. The cost of these changes will vary depending on the call plan you're on. To find out more go to virginmedia.com/changes

Depends on what you want from it, a few TBs a month is easy on VM with no threatening letters.
I'm surprised. I thought they hit you with caps and shaping if you hit 30Gig! To be fair, if I did 200gig a month I'd be shocked.
i have virgin xl broadband and am thinking of getting tivo, but what do i do to get a good deal? i saw the deal page the other day that got real hot but cannot find it. want it multi room too
but my BB is going down £5
so...i r better off
cant complain really as must download about 200GB a month!
Freeview PVR always has more than I can watch on it so no need for TV packages

TV - If you have sky/cable, drop down to Freeview.
Broadband - Depending on your use, drop to a lower speed, or to a limited data allowance package if you use purely to check emails/browse forums and visit news sites etc.
Phone - If you both 2 mobiles and a landline, consider dropping one of these, or cut down to a PAYG tarriff.
Ultimately, it depends what you use and what you have.
Can someone translate that?
