like the idea of virgin creating its only channels though like virgin central.

so they will get the big shows like 24 and lost but straight from fox or hbo or who ever instead of from sky!

leaving out the middle man is always the best way!

The only thing we will miss is that Jeff chappie on saturdays on sky sports news....apart from that, hardly watch 'American' sky 1,sky news very ocassionally(hello bbc news 24) and I don't think we got sky2 or 3 anyways,or if we did must have missed 'em coz they were full of rubbish!

Let's see what transpires, sticking with Virgin.:)

Sorry to say Virgin, Unless a deal is reached soon I will be switching to Sky, Although I am dead against Murdoch's empire, Branson's Virgin is a great product, but the On demand is all repeats that are shown on Sky channels anyway. Come on Branson and Murdoch grow up!!!

Virgin would do better to pass savings on to existing customers to get them to stay, though if the figures I'v heard thrown around are true it wouldn't amount to more than literally pence.. in which case sky's demand for twice as much isnt a huge increase that a company as big as virgin couldn't afford to cover. VoD is interesting though.. will have to see how that kicks off.
