I refuse to pay them via dd because when i did have a dd set up with them they took the months bill twice in one month and three times the next month making me overdrawn and being left with a bank charge to pay:x

I remember when they did the price up for my BB and I just rang them up and asked why the prices have gone up without notification and they were like its a 12 month contract blah blah, then they said they cant do anything. Rang them a few days later and said I cant afford this and seen cheaper elsewhere and you sure you wont do anything and they put me through to someone else and said that they will reduce the cost and they cannot do it back to what it was so my account got credited and I have not been paying for like 2-3 months!!

Make sure you know what you are talking about and say put me through to your manger and they will do their best to reduce costs!!

cheque processing costs money hence why they charge for it which is fair enough in my book. Plus factor in the cost of arrears processing for late payers etc.

I pay £15.50 per month for:-

4mb BB
Phone line rental
talk unlimited package

then why dont you ring again then? You are getting ripped off big time!

£42 is the highest I have seen for what you pay. If I added the TV to my pack then I would be paying £26.95 per month and thats with 4gig BB!

If £42 is 'a cheaper deal', then I can't even begin to imagine what you paid before!
