Has virgin media customer service changed a lot recently?
I just have M Broadband for which i have been paying £10 a month for a few years... noticed recently its gone up to about £18. Usually when this has happened i just call them (which has always been uk based call centre) and they re-apply the discount no problem.
Tried calling tonight, got Indian call centre and he wouldn't do any discounts, only offered to upgrade me to L 10Meg for free (which will be happening for everyone soon anyway...!)
Wondered if there is a separate number for uk retentions dept, or shall i just call again and say i want to leave...
