You can't just plug your old box into your new house without an engineer activating it.

Thats what i thought the problem might be. The broadband works fine and i havent had the chance to try the phone. How long can they take to activate?

It's an issue with Virgin, switch off your box leave it off for a minute or so, unplug the aerial cable and then switch the box back on, when it comes up with LD20 plug the cable back in and it should load, if not reset the box and that should bring up your TV

I have tried the first step but am still getting AP52. How do you reset the box?
