Can you swim?

maybe look for a multivit with iron, tiredness can sometimes be slight anaemia, might also be worth having your b12 levels checked, low count of b12 causes tiredness too :)

Do you think you are eating more as well?

I can swim, i am absolutely craving a good bomb into a swimming pool!! preferably in a sunny country outdoors!!
But along with the back pain, i have leg pain to, and my back cracks and grinds, which is a bit cringing!
I do try to watch what i am eating, but i suppose i just aint burning it off!
I have heard about the glucosamine before... was just after "real peoples" opinions to find out if it really works.

I am a real person lol i have taken glucosamine and it seemed to help. If you do decide to try it make sure you get a reputable brand and it should contain 1000mgs in each tablet. Also it will take a month at least to kick in.

holland & barratt has just opened up in my local town, so i might have a look in there.
As i say its nice to have real comments, cos what you see on websites advertising all this stuff, you never know whether they are real or not!!

you could go to the sports center and see if they could come up with a suitable program for you.

This is a good idea They aren't going to push you so you do any more damage, just enough to get some benefit, and i'm sure once you get started it will become easier each time.

My fiance takes Glucosamine Sulphate and she swears by them for joint problems. We order them from MyProtein. They cost £4.49 for 120 or £11.99 for 360 and you only take 1 a day so for £12 you'll get a years supply. Use discount code MP101392 for 5% off your first order.

I like green tea with flavourings.
I really like white tea on its own, have you tried that? So refreshing.
