I purchased a 12month sim only deal on 14th Oct from Vodafone website via quidco, whcih entitles me to £70 cashback.
Tracked on Vodafone right away but only for £15, started a ticket on Quidco and they sorted it and said I will get the £70 as inidcated on the vodafone details.
Today, I got a call from Vodafone saying they had a problem processing my order and they would re-do my order over the phone. For my trouble, they would even give me my first months line rental for free (worth £15).
I asked him if my order number would change, and lo and behold, yes it would.
WHAT A SURPRISE! By cancelling your online order and doing it over the phone they are not liable for the Quidco cashback as the terms state 'for orders solely completed online'.
SO PLEASE BEWARE!
