Vodafone are annoying me!

Sent my sony ericsson w890i off for repair before christmas, and got it back on the 22nd however Ive only just started using it in the past couple of days.
They said theyve fixed it but its each day its reset ( red light comes on etc)
Now I know they will probably try and fob me off with a repair but what are the chances of actually getting the phone replaced?

Because to be honest Id rather try get a new phone :p

ok well usually they will say 3 repairs..it was my job. SE were faster than store-as it sits in store usually til they have a few-and then THEY post off..and SE you can post off and get back in two or three days?

Most network will only replace (DMR, different model replacement) after 3 faults. Its in the T&C's so it's hard to get anything else out of them as when you agreed to the contract you agreed to the T&C's...

They will insist that you have 3 repairs before they'll even look at a new one, standard operating practice. Sorry...

Sent it off for repair again :( Oh well!
