I've read articles saying to complain about the service, or simply say your not happy but... if I call up and say your call charges are too high they say, no they aren't... I find their customer service hard to reason with on some of the most basic levels so just erally wondered if there was a better way to get out :)

Thanking You

lol these contracts are usually pretty water tight but if they change any of the t&c's to adversely affect you there may be just cause for canceling, apart from that not much chance i think

Your best bet is probably going to e-mail customer services detailing your complaint; don't waste your time with the people on the phone...however, if you want to cancel only to get a different tariff (with a different provider) or new phone I don't think you've got much chance, but if there's something seriously wrong with your coverage or service, for example, I'm sure you'll be able to rationalise with them. Good luck!!

you have no chance really
its only another 3/4 months, if you downgrade to the lowest tarrif and pay the line rental up to the end of the contract you will be able to cancel, which will be the cheapest way to leave.
