As above, is this true for anyone else on vodafone?

Was checking my bills, and it seems I have been charged for call return calls when using voicemail. Surely this should be included in my monthly allowance?

Not true.

Vodafone charge for calling back via a voice mail message. FACT.

Always been an expensive way of doing it - just like with BT 1471 (or could be 1571), they charge 5p for returning a call when if you just took the number down and called it you could avoid the charge.

The connection fee is fine but I have been charged for the duration of the call also. I assumed the duration would be taken from my inclusive minutes?

Its treated differently. I agree its wrong and I also dont think it right they charge a connection fee, but they confirmed when I had the same and rang their CS about something else and was told about these billable calls. To be fair, they removed the charges - probably as I was within the first 14 days and could have told them they could have the phone back! Ring them and complain. They might be kind to you!
